Employees “accidentally” dyeing on the job is to be avoided at all cost. You do not want OSHA anywhere on your company’s premises. Your records and practices will be under a Federal microscope. They will find something and at the very least there will be fines and at very worst someone is going to jail in a federal prison for negligence, manslauter or records violations. And the Feds will be there until they uncover your “crimes”.
