EPIPHANY!
For the shoot..
I got six bad-ass 30 minute road flares.
What if I stuck ‘em into sections of pool-noodle, lit ‘em and tossed ‘em in the river?
A floating, burning, smoking target..
And whoever puts it out.. wins.
One well placed shot would put it out. Probably the 15 minute ones would be fine.
I made the mistake of tossing the heater pack from an MRE off of the side of my ship while we were docked at Naval Station San Diego.
Large plume of vapor coming off of the water......
I was kinda panicking because I thought someone was going to send out a, “Man Overboard,” alert.
Didn’t happen. Woulda been fun, though.
