And oh BTW, if Obamacare is written into law for multiple years, how long will the money last since it was passed in 2010?
Obama leaves office before any of this could come down.
Don’t forget the courts: They’re the real legislature these days. They can mandate spending, and the executive will go along. That means the House must take a positive action to stop spending. That means the Senate will have to go along. Good luck.
