UNWRA has been doing this since 1948...nothing new here. UNWRA is an appendage of Arab propaganda and terror. Most of her employees are PLO or worse sponsors and supporters.
It is a self-perpetuating agency that swallows millions of UN (US) funds. It should be disbanded.
