I haven’t listened to todays country for years, well I have but I can’t take it for more than a minute or two, it comes across to me as Disney pop combined with extreme posing. Either it’s George Jones singing “The bottle let me down” or I don’t listen. It’s got to be on that level. None of this Taylor Swift sh*t with the CMA trying to give it credibility.

I was never a big country music guy and I’m too old for concerts now. This Faster Horses concert festival appears to be growing at Michigan International Speedway.

As long as they’re spending money in the area, I’ll stay out of their way
Love your honesty...

See if your cable system has RFDTV, they are very Christian friendly, and you get Country’s Family Reunion with host Whispering Bill Anderson, and our Past Great C & W Stars, with footage of those who have passed on, like Grandpa Jones, Johnny Russell. They just finished up a God and Country 4 part series. They have Charlie Pride, and the famous Steel guitar player that has played for 54 of Grand Old Opry stars.
Then you get Joey and Rory Feek, though that series may be on hold, MS Joey’s new little girl is Downs and she was diagnosed with cervical cancer when she went for her check up, surgery is completed, but we all know Chemo is next.
Larry’s Country Dinner, Marty Robins, and even a Polka slot.
Taylor sings bubble gum songs as so many of today’s country stars do. A older star who has a great song, does not get the votes as we seniors tend not to do the tweet crap voting.
