Proof? The guys giving the separatists weapons. He's planted cells in Ukraine to foment revolt. In the pursuit of his goals do you think Putin gives a hoot who gets killed? He could have stopped all of this anytime he wanted. Better yet, if we had a real president in this country he would have been far less willing to start this bloody business in the first place. I’m not trying to prove Putin is a good guy. He’s not. That doesn’t prove he willfully ordered a hit on a civilian plane as you allege.
