A 10-year-old girl was shot in the head and critically injured by a stray bullet fired into her home in the Garfield Park neighborhood Friday afternoon, authorities said.

The girl, and another 12-year-old shot in the same neighborhood, are among 22 people shot between about 3:30 p.m. and 3 a.m.

For all the idiotic things Bloomberg did in NYC, at least he understands what crime does to a city, but using "stop and frisk" as a legitimate crime prevention tool...he literally saved hundreds of lives from being gunned down in the big apple...

You know I was thinking the same thing. The left always says the right has blood on its hands when a mass shooting occurs but look who’s talking. The party that supports the mass slaughter of American babies every year and one that has controlled a city where mass shootings are seemingly an everyday occurrence. It’s getting to the point where Chicago officials will have to be giving us a weekly press conference giving the body count just as they did during the Vietnam War. I doubt too many Ted Cruz for president bumper stickers are visible in the Windy City.
