The entire Ukraine nation is out of control...Poroshenko certainly isn’t controlling his army.....nor his Oligarchs in the East.

It certainly looks like it.
I think we can both agree it’s time for a NATO-led coalition to intervene and restore order. Seems to be America and NATO are the only countries which can effectively police these conflicts. And we should not leave or set a time table like with Iraq or Afghanistan. At a minimum we should sign 100-year military base leases with the Ukrainians.
