Exactly, They’re just pizzed that he hasn’t passed an “executive order” having the IRS deduct “reparations” from every non-black working American, or something like that.
Maybe many of them are actually “pizzed” that they still live in deplorable conditions even after they’d helped elect someone who they thought would help them change those conditions?
Rand Paul understands this, and if he runs for President he will get a lot more votes from black Americans than anyone expects because he’s one of a very few Republican leaders who is making any attempt at all to engage them.
