Not so sure the UN Security Council can do more than investigate or put pressure on Ukraine Gov. to stop the fighting. Which has been called for by the international Community for weeks now.
Unfortunatley even in cease fire arrangements Kiev continued with it’s bombardments....and apparently others (Oligarchs who want this to continue) as well.
Regardless of what the UN determines...Poroshenko has lost control of his army and country...and has since he took office. So who’s to stop it????
I don’t think for a minute those in the East will put down their weapons...and US backed Kiev Gov. won’t either. May be a fight to the finish and that may not end for years at the rate it’s going now.
I think mentioned before....Ukraine is not a nation that does more than survive the next takeover and the corruption which follows til the next round. And whomever is Pres. doesn’t roll over for outsiders...even Poroshenko.
