Notice the two crewmen [not crewpersons] loading the ammo. When they let women into these units how many will it take to load a Howitzer? Will we need 1 man and 2 women or 3 women? Notice how well coordinated the crew is,that is a well oiled fighting machine. Somehow I don’t think integrating women , transgenders, Gays , LBGT’s and whatever else they can come up with will make these guys any better than they are right now.

I bet the IS captured a whole bunch of shells to go in these guns. They may nor beed to be great gunners to cause terror with them—aim in general direction and fire and load. Looks bad for Baghdad.
