Chris McDaniel Wins Court Order to Examine Poll Books in Jackson County, Mississippi
Ballot Access News ^ | July 16, 2014 | Richard Winger

Posted on 07/16/2014 12:44:12 PM PDT by Hostage

On July 15, Chris McDaniel won a Mississippi lower state court order to see the poll books in Jackson County. McDaniel is trying to show that the number of voters who voted in the Democratic primary of June 3, and then voted in the Republican run-off primary on June 24, exceeds the number of votes by which McDaniel lost the run-off primary. See this story. Jackson County contains Pascagoula. It is the fifth most populous county in the state.

If I was them I wouldn’t come back because I would build gallows on the Mall ready to hang them when they return.

I can imagine McConnell should be saying to the Cochran-Barbour gang “can I go with you?”. That one is responsible for hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars going to Mississippi to buy the election fraud.

I can’t wait to see how many ineligible votes they find. I’ll guess way more than 6800.

Have you seen the breaking news of the FEC filings that confirm how so many US Senators and establishment PACs including Rove’s and also Bloomberg gave to the Mississippi organization that ran the race-baiting ads and paid to get out the democrat votes?

We all knew it was so but the FEC filings now confirm it.

Yep. I’ve seen it. But I knew when Mitch McConnell raised money for
Cochran, that money went to fund racist ads and vote buying. However,
now there is hard proof of it.

Win or lose, expose the GOP fraudsters!

The GOP could learn a lot from Chris McDaniel. This man is a fighter to his core! He never ever ever gives up!

And he keeps his composure throughout.

Watch and Learn GOP!

Great News! Thanks, Hostage. I tried to find a copy of the video online. Came up empty thus far but will keep looking throughout the day.

Does anyone know what Mississippi law provides for the possible scenario from here on? For instance, if McDaniel can show that illegal votes, well in excess of Cochran’s margin of victory were cast, would the remedy be a second runoff election, or would Cochran’s vote total be reduced and McDaniel declared the winner?

It would seem that if it’s proven that Cochran lost without the votes cast by voters who voted in the Dim primary and then the Republican runoff, then McDaniel should simply be declared the winner.

Keep digging, Chris. You might not find the pony, but you will find the rats, rinos, and worms. Good luck, sir.

“The McDaniel lawyers, ages in their 40s and 50s, said they had heard all their lives of the good ole boy system of fraud in elections, of stuffed ballot boxes, of fake absentees, of double and triple voting and on and on and on, but they emphasized they had never believed it until now that they are up close and personal to it. They have now seen it and they are going to be taking it all the way to Washington.”

I am sure the Obama administration will get right on it, after the MSM sounds the alarm nationwide, of course.

The GOP could learn a lot from Chris McDaniel. This man is a fighter to his core! He never ever ever gives up!

What all too many in the GOP will learn, or have already learned, is that they don't want someone like McDaniel in the senate screwing up their lucrative and comfortable, inside-the-Beltway shell game. (Cruz and Lee and Sessions and a few others are bad enough.)

They are going to serve it on the US Attorney and the FEC. The FEC must respond.

They are also referring to the US Senate where it now clear and confirmed that many GOP senators funded this corruption.

For the answer see the link in Post #28 and scroll down to what Mitch Tyner said.

Tyner said a lot and I hope they can prove it all, but he didn't indicate whether the legal remedy would be to have another election, or to declare McDaniel the winner.

I believe he alluded to what he and his team have said in the press before, that the threshold of throwing out the election was to show enough doubt as to whether the voter’s will was faithfully reflected in the outcome. And a new election would ensue.

Another important item that was revealed today was that McDaniel will serve the fraud report on the US Attorney and the FEC. They have more than 10,000 pages of fraud uncovered.

And I still say that the evidence of fraud contains witnesses with sworn testimony of election tampering and vote buying. Such criminal evidence together with the confirmed tie-in via the FEC filing of republican establishment funding the fraud, is enough to get Cochran to resign in a plea deal that charges will not be made against him and others.

There’s also the matter of the wrongful death of Mark Mayfield whose grieving family have indicated through their spoke person they intend to sue. That ties back to Cochran direct.

This is just gettting started.

I really hope these efforts pan out, if for no other reason than to be able to point and laugh at Ann Coulter (not that there’s insufficient reason now, but I am dying for her to be proven wrong).
