I can’t even watch the local news. It drives me crazy. Those people and the people who watch them are idiots. They’re all a bunch of bobbleheads.
Bobbleheads is a great description. That Ping-Pong format was created back in the 70s when all the stations started hiring men and women teams. The came up with it as a way to make sure the anchors get equal “talk” time.
My cable is being cut off at the end of the month, at my request. I’ll be getting all my news from the internet, which I do anyway, and will only have local tv to watch. Hopefully my brain will start to heal from all the years watching Fox pundits scream at each other.
