Looks like you have a rather haughty vantage point, in my humble opinion. But then, I don’t really know you and have to wonder how you make such decisions about things. As for me, I am a Christian and Christian truth and wisdom help me to see that what Beck is doing is good and what Obama does is insidiously evil. It’s quite clear.
What's clear is that you need to read Scripture with a more discerning eye.
The phone calls of the invaders are being monitored; they are calling people back home, telling them about the great treatment they're receiving, and encouraging them to come on up.
That "great treatment" includes Beck and his truckloads of toys. He's making it like Christmas morning for those people. And while you might want to interject that the toys are only benefiting the children, the rest of the 80%---the adults---see it, approve of it, and know they can count on similar windfalls for themselves. Hence the calls back home.
The Bible instructs us all to obey the laws of the government. Beck is aiding and abetting this lawbreaking, as explained above. If you can't see that, you're operating on pure emotionalism, just as he is. Giving the children some food and water, and putting them right back on a plane to their parents, is certainly charitable.
