Yes, I agree that it should have been filed immediately, but the House was not in GOP hands at the time and certainly Nancy Pelosi was not going to support it!

If Bambi is ordered to enforce the employer mandate, it will bring utter chaos and will mean the end of Obamacare. However, it will only do this if the GOP is smart enough to get control of the publicity narrative, something they seem to have trouble doing (at least in part because anything done by them appears on page 20 of a 19-page newspaper!!!).

Otherwise, Obama will announce that he was simply trying to protect American businesses by overriding this provision and imply that somehow the Republicans, not one of whom voted for Obamacare, are responsible for it in the first place.

The thing that I think might be helpful is that his latest stunt, immigration, has upset a lot of people because it is so visible and so hypocritical. There, he claims to be enforcing the law (about protecting children from human trafficking) but of course what he is doing is twisting it by having his agencies extend it to the point where it is rendered useless. Still, I think a lot of people see through this and if even one victory can be one against his illegal acts, it might be the beginning of the end for him.
