Some guy gives you crap and you, as a private citizen, decide to get into with him? Fine by me. You as a cop, decide to use your power of the state and arms to arrest some guy who gave you some (non-threatening) crap? Big problem. The difference should be easy to see. Heck, if the cops had just told the guy to F*** off, I'd have no problem with it. But the juiced-up p*ssies had to use the power given them to protect the citizenry to protect their own egos.

Yes, I see the difference. If you pulled that sort of crap with me and I was wearing a Best Buy shirt, I would bounce you out of the store and probably lose my job in the process.

The other difference is that this bozo targeted the cops because they were cops. And he had a cameraman, to boot. He's lucky that he didn't "hit his head while being placed in the squad car." Which is what they used to do before we became a nation of pussies.

I would. I’d rather them enforce the law and remove the loud obnoxious A-hole from the eatery and throw a disorderly charge on him. I don’t want cops getting into high school cussing contests,,, that’s childish.
