They only process info that confirms their deeply held beliefs. Critical thinking is beyond most of them.
I can't quite believe that of my FRiends. On the contrary, I believe most here are smarter than your average bear. I just think this one issue is one of those that immediately clouds the judgement, most for religious reasons. Overall, I think it really portrays the Conservative movement quite poorly. Seems we're all about personal freedom, as long as it's not this issue.
