She's right. She, her church, churches all across America could do well sending people there to do what they can to help. They could even organize volunteers to go with the children and meet the families, and organize a ministry to help them.
Just don't forget that these countries are sovereign, the kids' parents are adults, the constituted authorities are adults, and they have the primary responsibility in this.
Their kids are their responsibility. As Christians we can help them... but that doesn't include hosting a mass migration of people from their home countries or hosting their kids. Help the families if you feel led. But help them in their home community. Separating kids from their families is not an answer. And as I say, hosting a mass migration isn't either.

From what the Catholic Charities nurse said, however, I presumed she was speaking of government involvement...hence Hannity’s remark that the U.S. can’t be responsible for the world.
