I couldn't argue with that at all. I do, however, find all of the “old folks” insults thrown at Thad Cochran, a personal insult. I am the same age and by no means through with life. I suspect that I am far from the only one who is on FR who feels the same way. I'm also sick of the foul language and sour attitudes. A civil society cannot exist when everyone is living in a rage. Think about it.

One last comment. Anyone our age remembers the great country we grew up in and would like to see it survive and flourish.Differences of opinion didn't always result in mindless rage. If they had many of us would have been gone before now.

Well, get over it grandpa! I was 75 on April 8...born in 1939!...and I know senility when I see it!

BTW, Cochran adds fuel to "old folks" insults. He is a joke and an embarrassment...on many levels.
