They just need to raise the price to about $100 per copy. Thennnnnn the wiseguys who failed to buy at the initial “teaser” price will feel left out and rush to buy before the next price bump. Yeah, that’s the ticket!

I think a lot of people who give money to the Clintons end up in this same kind of spot, but they must like getting hosed for their money.

Just do what Bill did with taxes...

Retroactively raise the price of the book to $100 and send everyone who already bought it a bill for the difference...
