That is certainly the modus operandi in NJ; they contribute nothing, and those that actually work simply take American jobs. I believe the state tolerates them because without them we’d have ghost towns and empty classrooms.
I have been to the grocery store twice this week, both times for just a few things. Both times wound up behind EBT users with carts full and running over with groceries. One was Hispanic and the one yesterday was black. Yesterday the black lady had $350 worth of free groceries.
