Yes, it's a photo op for obozo only. And a half-azzed effort on the part of Perry to show he's doing something..is this the best he can do for Texas? He does look like a fool. What will it take to make him see the light? Are Texans calling his office, pounding on his door, demanding he do something, and letting him know if he does not do the right thing, the people will not support him?
