I think he was actually an american citizen who then lied about being a foreigner to graft the system of student loan aid.

The interesting thing is that once you lie , it is difficult to stop lying! .. so you keep on lying !
and it doesn't answer the question as to why he has spent ($5,000,000) Five Million Dollars to cover up his birth , identity, social security number , and education activities .
Too many unanswered questions for legitimate questions ,.. at an unreasonable , (alledged )legitimate expense !
