Either Lois Lerner’s attorney is outright not telling the truth…or the commissioner was inaccurate in his testimony before Congress

What difference does it make. This committee is going nowhere because so far it has done nothing to the criminals. Lerner will never see jail time. And the IRS will continue to do its criminal past like nothing happened.

She may well see jail time but for how long? She’ll be pardoned in Jan 2016 regardless.
