Clear as mud. The definition of militia in this code doesn't sound like the type of militia where a bunch of folks get together on a ranch with cammos, guns and camping gear and name themselves...Texas Militia or Harris county militia...or whatever.
I need a bit more clarification. Any lawyer types out there that can explain this?
