Yes. That’s 25 million of 1969’s population. The 1970 census was shown to be about 203.3 million. The 1960 census was shown to be about 179.3 million. So, just to simplify, we’ll round 1969’s number to 200 million. Killing off 25 million would have been 12.5% of the population. Today’s estimate is around 316 million. The equivalent would be 39.5 million people (let’s just round it to 40 million). So, Ayers is now willing to kill around 40 million Americans to acheive his goals.
He was also talking about killing 25 million more after the race wars and after the occupation of the US which would have cost untold millions of lives.
