No. Not a smoking gun. They admitted paying $300. Interesting thing is that the memo says van and bus and something.

I'm guessing. But the amount is for $300. That's $15 x 20. This receipt says it's for 2 vans, a bus and drivers. That's what you tell the Election Commission. It's just paperwork to cover what they really did with the money: Put it into 20 envelopes and pass it out to people to go vote for Thad.
