Do the ‘rats have open primaries in Mississippi? Yes; both sides are set up that way. Maybe they should change it going forward, but it's too late to do anything about this election.

Helpful hint to perhaps salvage your membership here: Principles are above party. Mississippi is the current battleground for that bedrock belief.
