It's good to find somebody in my corner on this one -- I realize that emotions run high in the wake of this mess....
Rude awakening is coming your way. Kook is not a label most of us take to kindly. And, what the hell - IBTZ.
Not the Cochran band wagon. FEC now looking into the "missing" $15K. Half or more of ballots reviewed are fraudulent. Entire election smells like that chicken the Swamp People put on hooks to catch alligators.
I see this thing being reviewed and overturned by the courts. If not State, then Federal Court.
I think the original poster got the zot.
Not really. Conservatives are now in the cold and calculating phase of their relationship with the GOPe.
Cock'ran's slimey vote buying scheme was the decisive act of the GOPe burning its bridges from Conservatives. The GOP no longer represents me and will never get a dime from me.
They’re ignoring violations of law which carry 5 years in prison and an elected official to vacate his office. They are also ignoring a pattern where Conservatives are being purged from the party. for 50+ tears I have voted for and supported Republican nominees and primary winners and many if not most did not have my support in a primary. I’ve never missed an election or voted democrat. The republican party is now turning on their conservative base and it’s past time we took action. The battle has changed since Reagan left office and I doubt if he would sit idly by and watch what happened in Mississippi. Do you or the writer of this article really believe that the people who voted for thad for $15, or those who took the opportunity to vote against McDaniel under the banner of they won’t take as good of care for me as the democrats, would actually turnout in an election for a republican against a democrat? Keep in mind, even though it’s a law with no teeth, in Mississippi it’s a violation to vote in a primary when you have no intention of voting for the party nominee in the general election. I haven’t even got to the RNSC and their contribution. You and the writer call thad a Conservative, he’s not.
Don’t feel alone. There are lots of battered wives out there accepting the blame for their abusive spouses. Just keep telling yourself, “But the GOPe loves me.”
If by that, you mean we're somehow being irrational by not supporting and uniting with the evil toads that stole a primary with the most vile, race baiting tactics ever run by the GOPE; I take offense at your saying "we're just being "emotional".
How in the world do you defend or unite behind what these toads did? Go ahead, we're waiting.......
Planting the notion that pushback against the crimes in Mississippi is based on emotion instead of rationality.
Try again, GOPer.
