Just send them to sanctuary cities only.

Sanctuary cities will want them because that's where our tax dollars will go and the political power of those cities will grow.

Not just federal taxes, but local taxes too. And might be the thing that wakes up some of citizens in these cities to the illegal invasion of our country...I can dream can’t I? But I do think their will be more locals trying to turn them away from being shipped to their areas.
