Its no surprise that theres a disaster unfolding at our southern border. Thousands of unaccompanied minors are risking their lives as they attempt to cross the border. Its become a humanitarian issue. My colleague Daniel Doherty wrote this afternoon about President Obamas declaration that hell find ways to circumvent Congress to remedy the situation.
Right now, the situation is a mess, with Border Patrol agents stationed in the wrong places. Last week, Katie Pavlich wrote about a disturbing incident where a Mexican military helicopter entered U.S. airspace and fired upon Border Patrol agents.
Currently, we have to figure out what to do with the waves of unaccompanied youth at the border. Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner wrote today that:
Marc Rosenblum, deputy director of the immigration policy program at the Migration Policy Institute, said having parents and other relatives who had made it into the United States was a pull factor in their journey north, now in record-breaking numbers.

I have looked closely at pictures of the “poor children who
have traveled from Latin America...”. They mostly seem to be
15-18 year olds. Folks, that’s your future “American” gangsters who will be the wolves among the sheep. That’s also the freeloaders who will quickly (already) drain our
social services, rape, pillage and plunder. How do liberals
think they survived in their own country?
‘If the GOP falls for this “Amnesty Reform”’?
The establishment GOP is pushing it as hard as Obama.
We had 8 years of Dubya trying to force amnesty on the country. If that GOPe fool had honored his oath of office he would have deported illegals back to their own countries instead of letting them get an even stronger foothold in America.
Zetas and anchor baby mamas getting their free passes.

Iraq: Obama can send 800+ troops to faraway war-torn Iraq, but he can't send troops to our southern border to protect our border from a southern invasion? What crap.
Excellent analogy.
We can’t control the crime (or chose not to) so we’ll make it legal. And then brag about how crime has dropped!
Sounds like something out of 1984.
“The only thing that saved us then was the likes of Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter, and a conservative House. This time around, we have more RINOs and fewer patriots. “
I’m afraid you’re right, and we have treasonous GOPe weasels on the radio demonizing Tancredo. Michael Medved and Hugh Hewitt in particular. Both are long time members of the amnesty lobby although they sometimes lie about it to fool new listeners.
