Obama Job Approval Average Steady at 44%

It’s no surprise that there’s a disaster unfolding at our southern border. Thousands of unaccompanied minors are risking their lives as they attempt to cross the border. It’s become a humanitarian issue. My colleague Daniel Doherty wrote this afternoon about President Obama’s declaration that he’ll find ways to circumvent Congress to remedy the situation.
Right now, the situation is a mess, with Border Patrol agents stationed in the wrong places. Last week, Katie Pavlich wrote about a disturbing incident where a Mexican military helicopter entered U.S. airspace and fired upon Border Patrol agents.
Currently, we have to figure out what to do with the waves of unaccompanied youth at the border. Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner wrote today that:
Marc Rosenblum, deputy director of the immigration policy program at the Migration Policy Institute, said having parents and other relatives who had made it into the United States was a “pull factor” in their journey north, now in record-breaking numbers.

Before ANY discussion about illegals, the border MUST BE CLOSED. Only then should the Repubs do anything.
“to remedy the situation”. Zero’s “remedy” is pure crap. ENFORCE THE FN LAW!!!! OR ELSE!

It’s A Disaster At The Border
Well looks who’s in charge ,everything he touches turns to a brown smelly substance
Put them on a bus, or on a train heading south, and send them back! What’s so difficult about that? Instead, they’re releasing them all and telling them to show up in two weeks for a hearing. Yeah, right. They’ll be there.
It's more than that — it is actively aiding and abetting a foreign invasion.
And this is one thing that could spark CWII; imagine a gov with balls enough to acknowledge the invasion and then do his duty and deploy the State's national guard there with orders saying shoot to kill
… and then demanding federal assistance via Art 4, Sec 4 of the US Constitution.

I’ve called - and encourage you all to call your senators offices and reps, stating the obvious (to us) to CLOSE THE FREEEEKIN borders. No, they aren't. If anyone believes that, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona for sale. Name one little 6 year old who has walked by himself all the way from Guatamala. Huh? Waiting. Still waiting. Uh huh, that's what I thought. Nada. Zip. Zero. None. No, this has been a concerted effort from this admin to transport them here in order to 1) destroy America, 2) gain sympathy and 3) gain voters when their parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles/cousins/neighbors/friends/friends of friends/their sombrero maker/the village idiots arrive.
WE shouldn’t have to do anything with them beyond dumping them at their embassies and stationing US military around those embassies to make sure no illegal sneaks out the back door.

Good point. Also, reinforce border with national guard and Texas state guard.
Rotate, in and out, ROTC programs for extra credit.
It really isn't all that hard when you just follow the laws on the book and reinforce the border with agents to turn back the hordes.
And don't think for one moment that the GOP is not on board.
They want the same thing, they just don't want to go on record voting for it.
Neither Dems and Reps want this to come up for a vote but they need it to come about for their own reasons.
Now Obama is going to do it for them. The GOP will hem and haw and gnash their teeth pretending to be outraged but do nothing . The chamber of cronies will laugh and send out the checks.
The fix is in and and a deal has been struck or Obama would not be so brazen and in your face.
What about the poll where confidence in Obama fell to 29%? Wasn’t that also Gallup?
The great disaster at the border is due to the even greater disaster inside the Washington beltway.

Hell, the borders should be fortified. Attempting to cross the US border anywhere but at the checkpoints should be certain death.

Let me see if I have this right: Tech companies argue that we need the brightest techs from places like South Korea, China, Taiwan, and India so that we can compete against smart people in South Korea, China, Taiwan, and India?
Say what? If we get the brightest from those countries, then it means that people in those countries are competing against themselves. So who is left in those countries to compete against those techs that moved to the US? How crazy is that?
I can hear the tech teachers in Asia telling their students: "A tech background is the quickest way to get a green card and become an American citizen. Then Later you can bring the rest of your family to the US." What crap.
And then this happens: Those bright people leave the companies to start their own tech companies, and the vicious cycle of recruiting foreign Asian tech workers start all over again.
NOTES:
1. European techs: have you noticed that most of the new techs come from Asia, especially India? Why is that? What is wrong with European techs? Aren't they smart enough?
Let's be honest: If I told you that most of the new techs would come from Latin American countries like Mexico and Brazil instead of from Asia, you would laugh in my face.
2. Microsoft: We must demand that tech companies like Microsoft set up programs---has Microsoft and other tech companies ever heard of internships---to recruit American tech workers, many of them unemployed but anxious and eager to work and learn.
3. "immigrants do jobs that Americans won't do": I can't think of many tech jobs, especially entry level tech jobs, Americans won't do.
4. Statue of Liberty: We should point it towards Asia, and instead of saying "Send us you poor...", we should inscribe something like this:"Send us your smartest and brightest tech people and your richest people who speak English..." Sarcasm.
5. German techs: I bet that if the US government said that the vast majority of new techs would now come from Germany instead of Asia, the American public would suddenly become very scared, and they would protest that we can't have all these Germans here because they would try to take over the country and start a war.
Asian countries would protest that if the US limited the flow of techs from Asia, they wouldn't have any room for all the techs that their schools are now graduating and thought they were going to the US.
