n the aftermath of the Mississippi Republican Senate runoff it is becoming increasingly clear that establishment Republican leaders hijacked the election from conservative Chris McDaniel.
Understandably, there are some liberty loving voters and commentators who have said this proves that conservatives should bolt the Republican Party and start a third party or perhaps join one of the existing minor parties. snip
So if bolting the Republican Party is not the appropriate response when our candidate is cheated out of a Republican nomination and our fellow conservatives suffer personal attacks and threats, how should conservatives respond to Mississippi?
1. Conservatives must demand that the leaders of the Republican Party stand with the grassroots of the Party to investigate allegations of vote fraud in the Mississippi Republican Senate Primary Runoff.
snip
2. If we conservatives have to act on our own, we should use every legal means to determine if the Mississippi Republican Senate runoff election was honest.
snip
3. We must stop feeding the enemies of the conservative government.
snip
4. Conservatives must be very aware that the race-baiting attacks on Chris McDaniel were condoned or in some cases led by the Republican establishments state and national leaders.
5. What happened in Mississippi is a direct result of the alliance between Big Business and Big Government Republicans, such as Thad Cochran.
6. Perhaps most importantly, we conservatives must recognize that what happened in Mississippi can only continue to occur if the establishment controls the levers of power in the Republican Party.

Throw crap at Reince. Might spook him into responding.
Because it was the result that Rino/Cino Rinse Prybar wanted.
That Prince Reebus guy is still around?
Geez, no wonder the GOP still sucks.
AMEN!!!!
“I am not a crook!”
The people who are trying to advance the idea of bolting the Republican Party and starting a third party are Democrats. Their strategy is called “Divide and Conquer”.
The most powerful, immediate response to this crap would be for Mississippi conservatives to refuse to vote for either candidate in the general election. If the GOPe sees that this behavior is going to cost them elections and power they may think twice.

Could you explain that for me. Are you saying just leave the race blank? Thanks.
Was it Reince Preibus who designed the crazy election laws in Mississippi? In most other states, you win a plurality of 49 percent and you are the nominee. Mississippi throws in a run-off and open primary and it is Preibus’ fault?
To be clear, Viguerie is not calling for 3rd party. I think he IS advocating for a SECOND party.
I just got a call from the RNC wanting money. I said “No way, I’ll remember Mississippi.”
Is this over? I thought McDaniels’ people were investigating fraudulent votes and were planning a legal challenge.
Rules for primaries are decided state by state.
In Tennessee, for example, we have open voting and winner take all - no runoff. The worst of all possible.
Yes, don't vote for either candidate or write in Chris McDaniels as a write in vote.
The GOP isn't conservative. It must be politically destroyed. It certainly can't be allowed to have a Senate majority, with the liberal republican leadership in charge.

Thanks. Leaving it blank or writing in a name would
effectively say the same thing.
fwiw, I really hope we can stick to issues. An honest disagreement over strategy does not automatically indicate bad faith as far as conservative credibility.
imho
Check out breaking news articles on the sidebar. Big, ugly allegations since yesterday that may blow up the MS powers that be like Barbour and Cochran.
