John McCain: Cochran's Tactics against Tea Party in MS Worth Emulating

One week after traveling to Mississippi to do his utmost to help Senator Thad Cochran (R) beat Tea Party rival Chris McDaniel, Senator John McCain (R-AZ) talked about the strengths he saw in Cochran's approach to campaigning.

According to AZ Central, McCain dismissed criticism over the tactics the Republican Establishment used to get black Democrats to cross over and vote for Cochran.

Said McCain, "There are some people complaining that African-American voters voted. [But] I thought one of the major priorities of the Republican Party was to get all minority and ethnic voters out to vote for Republicans."

The only real chance was 2010. He only got 56% then by taking some good voters and doing the border ad. Between 2004 and 2016 he will be unaccountable.

I want to know how he will use Cochran’s method.

There are a lot more lawfully present blacks who can vote in a Republican primary than their are registered independent big Government Hispanics that can vote for McCain. Unless there is a lot registered independent La Raza members who think the DNC is not liberal enough.

John McCain is a moron. 1) The election was a Republican Party Runoff and not a Democrat Party election no matter what color the Democrat voter is. 2) McCain's a moron, if he believes these Black Democrats will vote Republican in the General Election. The playbook that Thad Cochran used is a Democrat Party playbook, this playbook with the race-baiting, demagoguery, lies, smears and character assassination will then be used against Thad Cochran. Now, the Democrats have used these tactics against John McCain himself in his races in Arizona and during his Presidential Campaign and he approves. Great! Good News!
