I watched the 5pm and 6pm news but it wasn't mentioned. The daily paper says the driver is Efriam Carmona Acme Trucking said they could not confirm if he was an employee.
The little girl who survived is still unconscious.

BTW They still have no identities on the people who were killed. No one has come forth to claim them.
