mrsmel,
I think every so-called conservative, who thinks that his “hurt feelings” are more important than denying Obama the opportunity to appoint hard-left judges, who will work to “judicially” repeal America’s Bill of Rights, needs to demonstrate some common-sense patriotism.
IMHO, it’s time to stop whining that we were “cheated”. Instead, we should ask ourselves just WHY we failed to be prepared for cheating! Ask ourselves what ELSE we needed to do to WIN, in spite of the cheating, so we can do that the NEXT time. Absentee-ballot outreach? Independent voter outreach? Anti-amnesty outreach?
Unfortunately, all this fashionably angry self-pity supports the claim of the Democrat media that the “Tea Party” is TOO EMOTIONAL to be trusted with something as important as “governing” America.
To win in November, we need the support of “independent” voters. Let’s not throw that support away....
...trying to “get even” for hurt “feelings”
Again, it’s not “hurt feelings” and I’m tired of explaining the difference. I won’t vote a leftist, especially one who calls himself a Republican for years, then chastises conservatives to rat voteds cor “obstructing” Obama. That speaks to who he is and what he will do, not my “feelings”.
I’m not getting even. I am, completely rationally refusing to vote for a man who criticises conservatives to the left for obstructing Obama’s agenda. If i wanted to support Obama’s agenda, I could vote for a rat myself, whicj I won’t do. You Cochran supporters are really a piece of work.
I’m not a Klukker for thinking $17T in debt is unsustainable.
I won’t vote for anyone who says so either.
Wow. Questioning someone's conservative ethos, rationalization skills and patriotism all in the first sentence....... just because they're not of the same opinion you are.
You might want to practice up on your skills of persuasion. The GOPe has already cornered the market on insulting us.
