The reeducation camps would come AFTER the wars where an ADDITIONAL 25 million Americans would be exterminated because they could not be reeducated.

How many would be killed in the wars before anyone would be rounded up for reeducation and extermination is anyone’s guess.

If they were planning on exterminating 25 million Americans after the wars, the number they were expecting to be killed in the wars could be 25-75 million.

Your 25 million number is low.
