I’m sure it’s covered if anything happens to him. In fact, by announcing this he probably just gave himself some protection.
What bothers me about it is all the people authorized the release of their names. I want to know who the NSA spied on that do not want their names made public. For instance say, John Boner and John Roberts.
If they all gave permission we can assume he’s only releasing the names of established members of dem victim groups.
