I’d like Detroit to be taken over by a huge group of Amish, or Russian immigrants, or even Mexicans....the land there would be great for orchards and farms...people could be happy there and prosperous like they were 50 yrs ago...
Depends on how many billions we want to spend on soil restoration grants.
