We live in NM, do not have ANY grass, 1 tree and 6 small bushes. The bushes and tree are watered by drip irrigation for 15 minutes 3 days a week. Two adults, no kids. Our water bill is over $100 and we do not waste water. Low flow toilets, low flow shower heads, laundry & dishes done only when machine is full. $75 or even less sounds great to me.My well is 730' feet deep. Got all the water I want. Sorry to hear about your troubles...:)
