While the general population of those in the country of origin may have IQ’s lower than average, those crossing the border ( legally or illegally) are likely higher than average. Why?

It takes considerable planning and it is very expensive to get into this country. Only smart, organized, and highly motivated people can pull that off.

However....I agree with those who are pushing for strict enforcement of existing immigration laws. And...We should give highest priority to those who are highly educated and made the effort to learn English.
