The “lesser of evils” strategy is the ONLY strategy that has a chance of success, since Jesus and Mary are NEVER on the ballot for us, are they?
1.) You are in actual combat. There are machine gun nests on two different hills which are slaughtering your troops. You can not take out both of them, simultaneously. To choose one machine gun nest, over the other, is required. Do you sit in paralyzed fear because you can't “save all” of your men? Some will live and some will die based on YOUR decision? What will you do? Or are you a moral coward? You will obviously take out the easiest target first.
2.) You arrive at the scene of an accident. A young child suffers arterial bleeding. An elderly woman has a broken leg, with internal bleeding. An old man is suffering cardiac arrest. You are the ONLY person there. Who do you help first? Someone will live and someone will die. What will be your decision? Or are you a moral coward paralyzed by fear who will let them all die?
3.) We have the ability to cut off MILIONS of dollars in funding to pro-abortion activists, who fund pro abortion politicians, by making 3rd Trimester Abortion ILLEGAL! But you are a MORAL COWARD who would rather feel “superior” and do nothing, since you want, in THEORY, to do the impossible? WE CAN'T SAVE ALL THE BABIES!
