Everyone scorched Starbucks when they charged $130 to firemen for bottled water to trauma patients during 911. I guess it depends on the situation as to what a company allows or not allow.

When my cub was little, she always asked that we take some of the little packets of crackers from the basket in restaurants home for her-I would put some in my purse, and no one ever said a thing-I even took the leftover muffins and breadsticks that came with a meal sometimes, too-I suppose I’d be charged for that stuff now?
