I take it they do not have a fee employees pay if they eat food-referred to around here as a “grazing fee”, and it makes sense...
It might not be the most tactful thing to insult the man’s abilities-that does not appear to be what this is about.
I think this is still about CB’s lack of PR savvy not to mention draconian appearing policies. Based on that, if an employee let a non-customer come inside in a snowstorm would they be summarily executed?
