Its amazing the corollaries between the Pandemic of 1918 and these events that have been made. The Pandemic of 1918 was first enabled by the troop camps made by the US to enter WWI and then a virulent virus was introduced allowing it to spread rapidly. We have H1N1 in one of the refugee camps in Texas and Ebola gaining momentum in Africa. Maybe SARS, MERS, or a Hantavirus should be added into the mix for excitement.
