Well, intrinsically disordered is the polite term for intrinsically sinful. What can be more disordered than sins against God? I suspect that, with about two exceptions all have sinned but few sins are so clearly spelled out with their consequences than in the account of the fate of Sodom and Gommorrah.

The term points to the fact that here is a problem.
The Catholic system (sorry) is sometimes so full of itself that it doesn’t have an effectively clear view of the solution.
