If the Democrats keep a tally of who votes in the DEM primary,...

That's what this sheet shows:

It shows who voted in the 'Rat primary on 6/3/14. It also shows that several of those voted again in the GOP runoff on 6/24.

Based on that image it appears that

James Earl Hayes, 126 Sewanee Dr, Jackson

Sandra B Haynes, 302 Galvez St, Jackson

Pearline Herron, 114 Sanford St, Jackson all voted

illegally - or someone did on their behalf.

You’re assuming that the Democratic Poll Book is more than just a record of people who normally vote Democrat. I have yet to see proof of any sort that it’s an actual record of people who did, in fact, vote Democrat on June 3rd.

In my state, although Democrats would be keeping track of their typical voters, they would not be able to ascertain that a particular individual actually cast a DEM ballot. They could have chosen a GOP ballot instead, as we also have an open primary system (which, as this shows, is idiocy to the nth power.)

If they voted on the democrat primary the ballot they were given only had democrats on it. They could not have voted for Cochran or McDaniel

Why would people voting in the GOP runoff be marked down in the Democratic Poll Book?

It's too inconsistent to be real, and too stupid to be a forgery (it's as if somebody faked a letter from George Washington complaining that his iPhone battery kept dying on him), so I have no idea what to make of it. My best guess is that somebody is planning to do an "investigation fundraiser" and pocket the proceeds.
