The image shows people who voted in both the primary and in the run-off. But, did they vote in the Republican primary or the Democratic primary? It’s not clear from the image. But, if there were enough people who voted in the Democratic primary who also voted in the run-off, yes, that would be grounds to throw out the result and order a new run-off election.

Yes, a new run-off where ONLY VOTERS WHO LEGITIMATELY VOTED IN THE JUNE 24TH RUNOFF COULD VOTE IN THE NEW RUN-OFF. That would head off a new round of GOPe/DemocRAT shenanigans/fraud. Hopefully, any challenge would be handled by an honest judge-—should such a creature exist in Mississippi.
