Despite Reforms?
French Socialist Reforms???? HA HA HA HA HA HA
LOL! Idiots.
Just redefine Unemployment - worked for Barky Obama

All the $$$$ went to graft.
“Didnt Obama just say he wants the US to be more like France when it comes to the labor market?”
He did, and he got his wish; I think our unemployment has reached a new high as well.
Unemployment is high in Socialist France? Jeez...Hollande, why not blame Bush or Republicans or the Tea Party? It works for Zero.
Reforms didn’t work?

The old USSR had their many 5-year plans, and they sure as heck worked very well. Perhaps France needs a whole bunch of 5-year plans. All at once.
But, with socialists, denial works best, and the only problem with socialism is that, the people won’t go along with it. So, it’s a people problem.
