Fine. The. They aren’t acting under official authority at all and as such they can be treated as any other armed home invader.

Shoot them dead.

This makes me cry. Along with the other swat story about the women forced to strip during a household raid. For no good reason except to terrorize. I have lost my country and have no place to go.

If these thug groups are not state or government agencies, by their own assertions,

" LECs are claiming that the 501(c)(3) status means that they’re private corporations, not government agencies."

Then they have no authority to act as law enforcement.

Even if they claim to be agencies of the state, they still have no authority to interact with non-state people (you and I) because we are not employed by the state, and if they claim that they can, where is my paycheck?

Read the law.

the key is who signs the paychecks of the SWAT members - a government agency, or the 501c.

being employees of a corporation, doesn’t that make them ‘security guards’ and not police?

if a member of a company kills a ‘customer’, wouldn’t there be massive aw suits?

does this mean we can now sue the cops for anything and everything, just like corporations?

and exactly why are they 501c3? employees are making plenty of ‘profit’
